Terms of Use

The terms on which we provide this website and our introduction service.

Last updated: 18 July 2026

These terms govern your use of creditoradvice.co.uk, operated by Nova Websites (“Creditor Advice”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them.

What we do — and don’t do

Creditor Advice is an information and introduction service. We publish general guidance and, where appropriate, introduce you to third-party debt collection agencies.

We are not a debt collection agency, law firm or regulated financial adviser, and nothing on this site is legal or financial advice. Our guides are general information only and may not apply to your situation — take professional advice before acting.

Introductions to third parties

  • Any introduction is made with your agreement, and you are under no obligation to instruct an agency we suggest.
  • Agencies we introduce are independent businesses. We are not responsible for their services, fees, conduct or results, and any contract you enter is between you and them.
  • We don’t guarantee that any debt will be recovered or that any particular outcome will be achieved.

Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, disrupt it, or submit false, unlawful or third-party personal data without a proper basis. Information you submit must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Intellectual property

The content, branding and design of this site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as permitted by law.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, or from the services of any agency we introduce. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

Privacy

We handle personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
